Will Garza is a member of the Value Creation team focused on Financial Performance, supporting strategic finance, revenue operations, and go-to-market initiatives for Five Elms portfolio companies. Prior to joining Five Elms, Will worked in investment banking at Canaccord Genuity, focusing on sell-side transactions in the technology sector, and at the Kansas City Chiefs, focusing on strategic finance and business intelligence. He began his career at KPMG working on public company audits and data analytics initiatives primarily in the software industry.

Will holds a Master of Accountancy and Data Analytics from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University.
