Todd Fletcher focuses on due diligence, new deal execution, and portfolio company support at Five Elms. Prior to joining Five Elms, Todd was an investor at Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a mid-market private equity firm, where he focused on investments in founder-led businesses in software & technology, healthcare & life sciences, and business & consumer services sectors. Prior to joining TSCP, Todd served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, managing the development of the nation’s next-generation rocket propulsion systems and launch vehicles, and was an investor at Envisage where he was responsible for analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions across a broad range of industries.
Todd holds a B.S. in Management and Minor in Spanish from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
Todd can be found enjoying time with his wife and son, honing his basketball skills, rehabbing his body after working on his skills, and complaining about his drives off the tee box.
