Ryan oversees Financial Performance for the Five Elms’ Value Creation team, working with portfolio companies to implement best practices. Ryan brings 20+ years of finance experience to his role, and has held leadership positions at multiple high-growth technology companies. His time as CFO of Fishtech Group spanned from startup to a successful exit, with experience acquiring and investing in several early-stage technology companies. The merger of Fishtech Group and Herjavec Group, an Apax Partners portfolio company, produced Cyderes, where Ryan served as Chief Operating Officer. His other notable roles include CFO at Sunlighten and FireMon, and Corporate Controller for Garmin. Ryan started his career as an auditor at EY.

Ryan is a CPA (inactive) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from Truman State University.
