Austin Gideon is a Principal at Five Elms and sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Five Elms, Austin was an investor at The Stephens Group, a mid-market private equity firm, and an investment banker with Harris Williams’ Technology M&A Group. At both, he was responsible for analyzing and executing mergers and acquisitions across a diverse range of businesses within the technology sector.

Austin holds a B.S.C. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
