The opportunity

This role is integral to the success of the Sourcing Operations team which identifies and qualifies thousands of software companies that may fit our investment criteria. We are looking for a well-rounded candidate with an analytical approach to tasks, an aptitude for managing complex processes, and a critical thinking mindset. The ideal candidate has a passion for using data and insights to guide the firm’s business development activities and ultimately make informed investment decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain established lead sources and improve upon existing processes to drive efficiency and maximize return on investment
• Be first through the door on new deal sourcing processes and build out best practices and standard operating procedures
• Bring abstract sourcing theories to life with creative problem-solving skills, approaches, and ideas.
• Build out new reports & dashboards to monitor, forecast, and improve business performance
• Design and implement new, high-leverage product features in Salesforce to amplify our outreach and improve our data tracking
• Combine data and insights to continually reinvent our sourcing processes as we grow
